Haven’t kitchens changed throughout time?  Now days instead of just a wood burning stove, they are filled with an oven, a microwave, a sink with water on tap and a dishwasher.  Then there is an island where we prepare food and store utensils, pots, pans and dishes—and don’t forget the refrigerator! Although the main function of a kitchen is supposed to be cooking, the kitchen is often the center of the home life where all who gather are family.
