Sisters By Design wants
all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their gift baskets.
If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 7
days so that we may resolve your concerns. We do
not authorize, or accept, returns of partial goods from any basket.
All returns must include each of
the products with their original packaging. Once we receive this,
your credit card will be credited for the total amount minus shipping
and a 15% restocking fee.
If the box looks opened or damaged, please let us know immediately so
that we can start a claim with the carrier. Products that are damaged
during shipping will be replaced, but may be needed for inspection by
us and/or the carrier so please keep all shipping/packaging materials
until the claim is resolved.
If a basket is returned to us because of an incorrect address that was
provided by you, we will be glad to re-ship the basket to the recipient,
or you, at an additional shipping cost as well as a $7 repackaging fee.
If you wish to cancel the basket(s) after ordering, you will be
responsible for the shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
Occassionaly we may need to substitute a product due to availability,
but we substitute with a like item of the same, or higher, value.
